Builder's Risk - Course of Construction
- Residential including modular home projects and commercial projects
- Must be ground up construction - if project underway, coverage not available
- Policy written for owner or contractor
- Property limits
- Up to $3,000,000 in FUS Grades 1-8
- Up to $1.5 million for frame construction
- Up to $500,000 in FUS Grades 9-10
- Up to $1,000,000 in coastal zones (excluding wind and hail coverage)

How to Bind your Milnco/USLI Online or Phone Quote
- Coverage is not bound until USLI and Milnco confirm bound
- Coverage requested bound outside of Milnco office hours will not be forwarded to USLI for binding until the following business day
- Milnco office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm CST and we are closed for all Statutory Holidays
- Ensure you have completed the "Prior to Bind" items and check boxes within the quote
- Email a copy of the quote and all bind items to commercial@milnco.ca with "BIND USLI - NAMED INSURED" in the subject line
- NOTE: Request to bind can only be done through Milnco
- Provide confirmation of the Insured's mailing address (if quote was done without this being provided)
- Confirm name/address for any additional insured's/loss payees
- Confirm if the Insured is choosing Agency Bill, or Direct/Company Bill.
- Please reiterate to your insured that the Direct/Company Bill option is not an automatic withdrawal payment plan. The Insured will have to initiate their payments directly with USLI
